First IFA (initial fitness assesment)
37 push ups in 2:00 minutes
42 sit ups in 2:00 minutes

Second IFA three weeks later (today 4-22-10)
45 push ups in 2:00 minutes
71 sit-ups in 2:00 minutes

I think I'm good
